TUST is an independent Provident Society (IPS), set up to help give Torquay United supporters a voice.

This is best summed up through our mission statement: "The aim of the Torquay United Supporters' Trust is to further the cause of Torquay united Football Club, to strengthen the links between the club and the wider community of Torbay and South Devon, and to represent the views of the supporters for the continued benefit of the club."

The Torquay United Supporters' Trust is NOT a supporters club. Supporters clubs serve a vital function at clubs up and down the land, but traditionally they are responsible for representing the club to the supporters, whereas a supporters trust represents supporters to the club. But we are independent and we aim to gain fan representation at the club, so that the voice of the supporters - the lifeblood of the club - is heard and heeded.

A Corporate membership with Torquay United Supporters' Trust costs £107 per year.

Well, most importantly, you will be part of the trust and you will have a vote, which will allow you to directly influence trust policy. You will be privy to the dealings of the trust. But perhaps most vitally, your money will be used to assist the trust, and in turn, the club in a whole varety of ways, based upon the decisions of the trust board.

You will receive an enamel badge to proudly wear about your person, a share certificate which confirms your membership, a laminated membership card. In addition you will receive a regular copy of our TUST magazine 'Taking the path of least resistance', which carries news and information about the trust's activities, as well as features and articles.

But, as a corporate member, you will have the opportunity to take two half-page adverts in the TUST magazine. We will also list details of your business on this website in the form of an advertorial. This will take the form of putting your business name and address and various contact details on the site, a biography of your business and a link to your own website if applicable.

We will also encourage our members to use the services of our corporate members - networking for free if you will, so you may well generate some new customers.

In addition to all of the above, we will provide you with a large window sticker to display on your premise, which will declare your support for TUST, and announce to all your customers and potential customers that you are backing the our efforts. Finally, we will discuss with you ways of perhaps offering discounts to our members - on production of their membership cards - so generating more footfall on your premises.
